Builder's Warranty Inspections

Since many contractors/builders only offer a limited warranty period on parts and labor, an inspection may be warranted when nearing the end of your warranty period. This way any and all necessary repair(s) may be pointed out and documented. That way the contractor/builder may have these items done in a timely manner before your warranty period expires.
