Builder's Warranty Inspections
Many contractors/builders only offer a limited warranty period on parts and labor. If that is the case, a builder’s warranty inspection should be performed when nearing the end of your warranty period. Wouldn’t it be wise to have an independent third party evaluation of the home conducted prior to the expiration of your builder’s warranty? By having the inspection done, any and all necessary repair(s) can be pointed out and documented. This enables the contractor/builder to have these items done in a timely manner before your warranty period expires.
We will provide a report detailing all issues discovered and assist you in providing your builder with a punch list of needed repairs.
Ordering a builder’s warrant inspection from All Aspects lets the builder be responsible for any hidden issues before the warranty expires.
